Concentrated flavours of pomegranates and figs along with their natural juices are expertly infused into the family's original Classic balsamic which is of course matured in wooden barrels in the time honoured traditional way.

Modena balsamic vinegar (75%), white wine vinegar, cooked grape must, sugar, glucose syrup, fig puree (5%), modifier: corn starch, natural flavour, contains sulphites. We take great care to use the best ingredients, using local ingredients wherever possible, always with provenance, quality and taste in mind. This slightly sweet, slightly acidic fig balsamic dressing is made with a handful of ingredients and only takes a mere five minutes to prepare.

This selection from our Reserve Collection started as a traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, aged for years in oak casks. Sure to be a favorite at dinner parties, Fig Balsamic Vinegar is outstanding drizzled on Caprese Salad (Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil). All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life.This classic Mediterranean flavor blends delicate acidity with Italian fig purée achieving the perfect aroma and texture meant to complement any salad, cheese plate, relish or marinade. But all the gooey, sweet and tangy/tart concoction is worth every penny because it is so intensely flavored that just a little bit of the fig balsamic goes a long way. Made using fresh herbs and fruits they grow themselves in the abundant orchards and gardens of the Disisa estate, the ingredients are handpicked only hours before they are submerged into their freshly pressed, extra virgin olive oil.
