BLUEBERRY JAM: This jam recipe is full of fresh blueberry flavor and hinted with vanilla and cinnamon. I started Healthful Blondie in 2020 to celebrate life, health, and my passion for cooking and baking. I’m obviously not going back to school but I mean, do you really even need that excuse to make homemade blueberry pop tarts?

Ensure you are thoroughly coating the edges with egg, and press down firmly with the fork to ensure a strong seal. Spoon the frosting onto the poptarts when they are cool, the frosting will initially be liquidy but will firm up after about an hour.
