It also is capable of causing chemical reactions that allow the Doctor to turn eyeglass lenses black like sunglasses and causing cut barbed wire to regenerate (setting 2428B). The screwdriver features a blue light and is expected to be first seen in the 60th Anniversary Specials, used by the Fourteenth Doctor.
