For some reason the "Marine-sea-salty" note is not blending in, not smooth to my nose, it is rather harsh.

Smells almost exactly like Chanel Allure Homme Sport, I will say Chanel has a more realistic citrus note but that's me being picky. The aroma is very pleasant and as many have already mentioned, it is similar to Allure Homme Sport (one of my favorite aquatic fragrances) and Versace Pour Homme. Cons: not the best performer and projector (if u want to grab attention, this is not the best option), not very innovative/interesting (which applies to a lot of blue fragrances, not only this one), not as smooth and well rounded as Chanel Allure Homme Sport (but still very good for a 30 euro fragrance mind you). Please do not comment , if do not live near the warm coast and you need to wash clothes at least 1 time per day.It seems they have all been sent Missoni Wave, All the Polo Blues, And Nordstrom rack section ( which is really good if you live near one or online).

I like the white florals in the versace but when i let my girlfriend and my friends to compare both, all of them choosed Missoni Wave. After around 3 hours the projection was at arms length and there was still a noticeable scent trail. It won't last the morning, or even the first hour because it's all top and no bottom, as many freshies are. Both scents are well captured here, with the overall fragrance experience taking its lead from Chanel's AHS.Please read the full reviews and consider your own needs and preferences before making a purchasing decision. Your bottle may need to macerate, when I first sprayed performance was meh, but now longevity and projection are both above average. Highly recommended, just be wary of over spraying in hot weather, because Wave can go a bit sweet and powdery if over applied. It was very surprising since at first I was almost put off by the sweetness and thought it could potentially be cloying.
