About this deal

It syncs via Bluetooth® Smart (Bluetooth Low Energy Technology) with your iOS device up to 100’ away from a boat, shore, kayak, or pier, so you have a fishfinder with a solid connection, that won't deplete your phone's battery like wi-fi does, a fishfinder that goes up to 8hrs on a charge, that's half the size and weight— a fishfinder that’s as mobile as you are.

You’ll love that it syncs via Bluetooth Smart® with your iPhone or iPad or phone or tablet for Android™ up to 100’ away, so you have a fishfinder that's easy to use and sits in the palm of your hand.

As a bank angler I had been eyeballing one of these for a couple months, and finally decided to bite the bullet last night and pick one up from Dicks. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. The scree slowly scrolls to the left after each second, so one full screen holds the current sonar, -1 second, -2 second, and -3 second sonar. I have a pond at my house so I used it to setup there are no fish I know the depth and what the bottom looks like it it’s crystal clear and no rocks or plants or deep holes. It was designed with portability and flexibility in mind so anglers of all skill levels could take a portable sonar fish finding technology with them wherever they go.

What I also still don’t understand is how often that pattern repeats, because I did see three fish once but they never showed up again. The built-in LED beacon and the strike and fish alarms are great for ice fishing, carp and night fishing. The bobber twists into place, making contact with a couple small charging pins in the base of the unit. Compatible with both Apple iOS and Android devices, the iBobber is ready to impress on a wide range of devices whether it is a smartphone or tablet. While the iBobber was much better suited to this environment, it hardly showed off the iBobber’s strengths since we could see the fish through the clear water. The iBobber and app are ideal tools for ice fishing due to its lightweight portability and you can use the trip log to save your favorite spots, water temps, depths and species caught and GPS marking for future trips.

With most fish finders, the waterbed is mapped pretty instantly—when you load up your sonar screen, you’ll see bottom right there on the screen. That means you can take the iBobber anywhere you want to fish—shore fishing, kayak fishing, and anywhere else you could bring your phone and an incredibly small fish finder. Just cast, tap Begin, get ready
to a count of 5, then reel the
iBobber over the area to map,
tap Stop, and have a look at the waterbed map, and see the contours of the bottom (up to
135' deep).I have not yet had a chance to try the iBobber in a lake from a boat or shore, or while ice fishing. You’ll also love the Lunar Calendar, Fish Alarm, Strike Alarm, Bobber Beacon, Weather sync, and the app’s stunning graphics. Taking the iBobber out to one of the popular, local fishing holes, I cast out and tried several the functions available on the device. I’ve got quite a few devices that connect via Bluetooth and apparently things get a little congested.
