You can sign up for a subscription to get replacement heads sent every 1, 2 or 3 months at a very reasonable price for the replacement heads. Subscription also comes with a lifetime warranty. Four Brushing Modes: Four unique brushing modes cater to different oral care needs: Standard (superior teeth cleaning), Sensitive (recommended for gum recession, braces, or sensitive gum or teeth), Whitening (removes surface stains), and Deep Clean (pulsates for gentle gum stimulation). Each of the modes have hidden lights on the handle that are activated when the mode is selected. Deep Cleaning – This mode is best used to do a thorough job at removing more of the contaminants on and in-between the teeth and gums. This is really where the 40,000 vibrations a minute comes into play. And I can attest to the fact that my teeth are porcelain smooth after each use. What’s better with the IRM toothbrush is that it remembers what mode you previously used. This means that you don’t have to cycle through to get to your preferred mode.
