Nose: Soft notes of sweet vanilla and a touch of white pepper. Manuka honey, salt caramel and herbs. The Corralejo hacienda has its origin in a land destined for cultivation granted in 1532 by the Spanish crown. On the palate, there is a pronounced pepperiness, along with notes of agave, tropical fruit, especially pineapple, and citrus. There is a distinctive earthy and vegetal note typically associated with raw agave flavors of cut grass, green bean and mint.
