I highly recommend this book and it took me ages to find a book that will be used and not left on my kitchen shelf collecting dust! My main takeaway from the little experiment is that you really do need parchment paper in the cake tin.

I used the Ninja AF100UK, it doesn’t have a specific bake setting but I didn’t find that to be an issue.

I seriously air fry everything now and every item I make comes out as crispy as at any restaurant around here. Recipes are split between main courses, main course components, side dishes, soups and desserts, meaning that access to a kitchen is required for many of the recipes.

When I need you to boil a kettle, I will tell you five minutes before you need boiling water in the recipe.

Loved that fact the the guy who has compiled it has put it together with ingredients that are easily bought from the local supermarket so no having to source weird and wonderful spices. This book arrived on yesterday , we brought home to France a sparkling new toy , the Ninja Foodi max , and not sure how to utilise it.
