Food pair: We glugged this on its own and thoroughly enjoyed it but this with pair well with most meat dishes, pasta dishes or a roast dinner too, versatile really! A gentleman never mind or eyes wander during conversation. He is an excellent listener. Proficient at both well-deployed witticisms and engaged silence. He does not interrupt, and has never been successfully interrupted. The wine’s flavor was smooth with overtones of ripe plum and dark cherry. Some mellow spice was also noticed.
